TRPwellness Gives Back

TRPwellness founders have formed a non-profit entity Special Needs United. Our mission is to research, develop and distribute Occupational Therapy and other life changing products including DVDs, games, workbooks and therapy equipment to service the special needs community. We currently design, develop and manufacture specific product lines that help special needs individuals improve their quality of life. We are dedicated to making Occupational Therapy available to all children with special needs and are committed to raising the funds necessary to support these goals.

With innovative products in the hands of special needs families, children's futures will be brighter and more fulfilling. By focusing on each individual child and their needs it is our dream that children of today with special needs will flourish and grow. Working in partnership with our team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech and Language Pathologists, professors, teachers, doctors and families of children with special needs, we are sure to provide a full range of results-driven solutions, including idea generation and validation, product design and implementation, and post-launch evaluation.

Special Needs United Foundation plans on becoming a global center of excellence for Occupational Therapy and innovative product development. For more information please visit www.specialneedsunited.org

TRPyoga donated a portion of our sales to Autism Speaks through our friend Tyler's group, "Team Greenbean." We participated in the LA Walk for Autism Speaks and encouraged our friends to donate and walk as well. The amount of people who donated their time and money was overwhelming. We're happy to report that "Team Greenbean" raised an impressive $114,000. For more detailed information please visit: www.autismspeaks.org

TRPyoga (Jackie, Britt and Allison) had an exhibitor’s booth at the ARI conference, February 2008, in Anaheim, CA. Jenny McCarthy and Temple Gradin both spoke – it was amazing and we were happy to be a part of the event! It was great to connect with families and educators – such a supportive community. Special thanks to Jer Lundy.

TRPyoga participated in the Autism Walk LA Saturday, November 2007. We’re looking forward to participating in the walk again in 2008!

TRPyoga is one of the proud sponsors of the National Autism Conference 2007. For more information please visit Nationalautismconference.org. We applaud the National Autism Association for advocating, educating and empowering those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders.

TRPyoga proudly sponsored the championship poker table at the Bright Future Summer Nights Poker Fundraiser. All proceeds go to the Fulfillment Fund, a foundation that provides economically disadvantaged students college access.
